　　北京中關村國際孵化園成立于2000年12月，由中關村科技園區管委會、北京首創集團、實創集團等7家股東投資建立，擁有24000平方米的創業孵化面積，是科技部認定的國家級高新技術創業服務中心、北京市科委認定的北京市高新技術產業孵化基地、中華全國歸國華僑聯合會認定的中國僑聯科教興國示范基地，是北京大學光華管理學院、清華大學經濟管理學院MBA學生實習基地、北航軟件學院、中科院軟件學院軟件工程師實習基地、新加坡南洋理工大學創新創業碩士實習基地

　　本案圍繞“科技創新”為主題，以簡潔明快的設計風格為主調設計一個辦公室，全面考慮

　　在總體布局方面滿足業主工作要求，主要材料為軟膜天花、編織地毯、高隔間等等，以軟膜天花的柔美、編織地毯的質感、高隔間的隔音等各種特點，旨在打造一個簡潔高效且分區明確的辦公空間。
